Securing the future for Maidenhead Quakers

Our Meeting House at Maidenhead was owned under a long leasehold, of which 788 years still remained. This left us in an uncertain position in face of a planned redevelopment of the surrounding town centre. Through a legal process lasting nearly two years, the Trustees of Mid Thames Quakers have been able to purchase the freehold of the site, securing the future for Maidenhead Quakers
