Meeting room
This is a south-facing room with a large bay window overlooking the garden. It has upholstered chairs, some with arms, for about 30 people.

Garden room
This room can seat a maximum of 50. It has French doors opening onto the garden. It has a comfortable seating area at the garden end. There are eight large (2m) tables available.
Our facilities
- Secluded venue within easy reach of Newbury’s town centre.
- Two rooms available to hire.
- Rooms are available from 9:00 to 22:00 on Monday to Fridays.
- Reasonable rates for both regular and one-off users.
- All rooms are wheelchair accessible.
- Kitchen with fridge, water boiler, microwave and drinks making facilities.
- Two toilets, one wheelchair accessible
- Access to our pleasant garden
- Car parking for 3-4 cars available on request. Public car parks nearby.

Location: Highfield Avenue is a small road off Mayor’s Lane, behind the bus station at the Market Street end of the Kennet Shopping Centre.
Train: Newbury station is a five minute walk.
Bus: Newbury Bus Station is adjacent to the Meeting House.
Parking: There is large multi-storey car park in the Kennet Centre (pay on exit), and an open air car park beside the Bus Station (pay and display); charges apply on Sundays. Both car parks are within three minutes’ walk from the Meeting House.
