All students and staff are welcome at this Meeting for Worship, held every Friday in the Reading University Chaplaincy Centre. Enjoy a short time of quiet and reflection at the start of a busy term: you don’t need to be a Quaker to come along.
The topic of the meeting is ‘Building Understanding and Tolerance in a Divided Society’, with the keynote speech delivered by Oliver Robertson, and a workshop ‘Opening our eyes’ run by Martin and Robyn Appleton.
‘Building understanding in a divided world’
Come and enjoy the tranquillity of our early 18th century Meeting house and garden. Someone will be around if you have any questions or would like a drink, but if you prefer to just sit and enjoy the peace then that is fine.
Call (01491) 837835 with any queries.
